May I thank R&M Motors for the fantastic service they have provided on my VW Passat.
I have used the Main dealers for all the work on this vehicle and had become unhappy with how they conducted the repairs and service. A friend recommended R&M Motors and what a totally different atmosphere it was with the very competent and friendly attitude with Milan & Radi. This is the second job I have had done by them and I cannot believe how they instil confidence in the customer on there feedback they give you on the work completed. I have recommended R&M to a friend of mine who feels exactly like I do and he too will continue to use the very professional service which these two brothers give the customers.

I hope their success with R&M Motors continues and indeed expands.

I would like to say a big thank you to Rade & Milan for their fantastic help over recent years with our 2 cars.
This garage was recommended to me by a friend after I moved to Mansfield a few years ago. I visited them with a BMW problem which was resolved with ease. What I would like to say about both of these gents is that they are extremely caring, friendly, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. No problem is too big or small. A fantastic, caring business.

Just like to say thanks again for sorting out my BMW. These guys are great, they know what they are talking about and don't rip you off, excellent customer service at an excellent price. They even worked on my car till 8 pm so i could get to work the next day.

Hi fellows many thanks for the recent repairs to my Golf. once again a fantastic result.In all the years I have been coming to you, you have never failed me. Right from the early years when Mick started the business I have been coming to you, and now Dad has retired
and you two chaps have taken over nothing has changed.Of course there have been times when I have not been able to get my car to you, but I have never had the confidence in other garages. My Daughter has been to you several times and come away highly satisfied and I shall continue to leave my servicing and repairs in your very capable hands. It's a pleasure to see your smiling faces and the wonderful clean and efficient premises. It is rare today, to find a garage that combines professionalism, price and the personal touch. I own an electronics company in the Midlands and willingly send my Mercedes cars the 60 miles to R & M for servicing and fault repair.

Morning chaps,
I have been a customer of R&M motors for the past 17 years and my father a customer for nearly 30 years, it is everything a car garage should be and everything an impersonal, money-grabbing main dealer garage isn't !
when they do a job you know it will be done to the highest standard without any non-existent problems or unnecessary parts finding their way onto the bill, the guys have a common sense attitude and take pride in their work, they know you, your car and your cars recent history without having to give them 'your customer number'.
I wouldn't dream of leaving my car anywhere else.

I have been a customer of R&M motors for approx 10 years. I have always been satisfied with the service provided.
I cover approx 25000 miles a year and I need reliability, if I have a problem I know I can call in to discuss the problem. The lads who run the business are highly skilled and up to date with technology.
